Hydrodynamic guide channel (see photo below), patented new channel design buffets sound, metallic components for maximum wear resistance, absorbs vibration & noise, allowing for smooth and stable high speed turning operations throughout the range.
Anti-vibration device attached to barfeed, pneumatically operated ‘roller wheel’ type, independently controlled, and works to minimize bar ‘whip’ which ensures machined component accuracy.
Mitsubishi electrical controls and components (see photo below) including powerful PLC with data bank software that permits accurate control for position, speed and torque. Multi-language control system.
LED LIGHTS along the front (+ back) outside length of sheet metal coverings, display operation status, remaining bar length and bar loading/operational functions. (see photo below)
