Hydrodynamic guide channel (see photo below), patented new channel design buffets sound, metallic components for maximum wear resistance, absorbs vibration & noise, allowing for smooth and stable high speed turning operations throughout the range. (NO CHANGEOVER of channel/pusher required in 12/16/20mm machine range)
Synchronization device is electro-mechanical, directly connected, which allows for fast forward and back movement of headstock without feeding pressure and minimum bar distortion. (threading or pecking operations)
Dual Anti-vibration devices, #1 attached to barfeed and #2 is attached to sliding headstock, both are pneumatically operated ‘roller wheel’ type and work in conjunction with telescoping nose between barfeed & sliding headstock to minimize bar ‘whip’ which ensures machined component accuracy.
Mitsubishi electrical controls and components (see photo below) including powerful PLC with data bank software permit accurate control for position, speed and torque. Multi-language control system, highly accurate servo positioning system
LED LIGHTS along the front (+ back) outside length of sheet metal coverings, display operation status, remaining bar length and bar loading/operational functions. (see photo below)
